The Tower Two lobby rendering and the Front Desk (Concierge) rendering below depict the finished look of the new lobby design showing the new finishes, front desk, columns and furniture.  The furniture is from Minotti Designs and features pieces from their Hospitality furniture line that are not only stunning but durable and substantial pieces that reflect the clean, modern, curved lines of the lobby.  New custom designed rugs will define each seating area.  The two existing large square columns will be modified to a round shape and new finishes applied.   The Front Desk (Concierge) will be modified and brought forward to increase it's visibility and new kiln-glass finishes applied that are lighter in color to brighten the space and add to it's visibility.  The existing beautiful marble flooring remains, as well as, the gray faux finish on the main lobby walls and all finishes blend and complement these existing elements.  The original off-white trellis structures on either side of the entry to the main hallway remains and will be refinished in the same color.  The delicate original hanging "seagull" mobile wooden artwork pieces by Dennis Lin will remain as does the original granite column floor piece in the center of the lobby.  Please click the links provided in the drop-down menu above "Lobby Renovation" for more details on each particular area of the design.
